Ventolin HFA is a brand of salbutamol inhaler used in the management of bronchospasm in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways, which allows air to flow more freely and allows for easier breathing. Ventolin HFA is manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline in a high-tech production facility located in Kent, United Kingdom.

Albuterol (Oral) is available in the strength of albuterol (Ventolin) inhaler, and is used to help the airways in patients with asthma, who have not had any form of asthma or who are not able to breath easily, such as children, and those with breathing difficulties (BOTOX syndrome).

Albuterol (Oral) can also be given by mouth as a syrup (Oral Solution).
